These terms cover use of this website and purchases made through it. They have been drafted from the site's current functionality and are not a legally reviewed document. Sections marked [Confirm] describe policies (shipping windows, returns, governing law, and similar) that have not yet been finalised, and must be reviewed by the site owner — ideally with legal advice — before this page is relied upon or launched publicly.

Using this website
This website and its content — images, text, and design — belong to JTP Skulptur or the respective artist, unless otherwise noted. You may browse and share pages of this site, but you may not copy, reproduce, or reuse images or content without permission. [Confirm] exact intellectual-property ownership and any agreements with featured studio partners.
Artworks & products
- Many works offered here are original, one-of-a-kind sculptures. Once a piece is sold, it's marked as no longer available and cannot be purchased again.
- Availability shown on the site reflects our records at the time, but isn't guaranteed until your payment is confirmed — in rare cases (for example two near-simultaneous orders for the same unique piece), an order may need to be cancelled and refunded if the piece is no longer available.
- Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. [Confirm] whether prices include or exclude VAT/sales tax, and who is responsible for import duties on international orders.
Ordering & payment
Checkout and payment are handled entirely by Stripe on Stripe's own secure payment page. An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed, at which point you'll receive an order confirmation by email.
Shipping & delivery
[Confirm] Shipping carriers, estimated delivery windows per region, packaging/insurance for fragile or high-value pieces, and who bears responsibility for customs or import charges on international orders. Shipping regions and rates currently offered at checkout are shown in your cart before you pay.
Returns, refunds & damaged items
[Confirm] This section is not yet defined and needs the site owner's input before launch — particularly given that many works are unique, one-of-a-kind sculptures. At a minimum this should cover: whether returns are accepted and within what period, the process for a piece damaged in transit, and how refunds are issued.
Studio partners
Some items on this site are supplied by independent makers or studios ("vendors") featured alongside JTP Skulptur's own work. [Confirm] who is the seller of record for these items — JTP Skulptur or the individual maker — as this affects which consumer-rights obligations apply.
Liability
[Confirm] A jurisdiction-appropriate limitation-of-liability clause has not yet been drafted here.
Governing law
[Confirm] Which country's law governs these terms, and where disputes would be handled.
