Our approach

JTP Skulptur's website uses the cookies and browser storage that are strictly necessary for it to work. With your consent only, it also uses Google Analytics 4 to measure, in aggregate, how the site is used. We do not use advertising or marketing cookies. Analytics is off by default: nothing is requested from Google until you press Accept in the cookie banner.

Strictly necessary cookies

When a staff member or studio partner signs in to the password-protected admin or vendor area, we set one session cookie to keep them signed in. It is set only at that moment — ordinary visitors browsing, shopping, or subscribing to the newsletter never receive it. This cookie is essential (not optional): it can't be disabled without breaking sign-in, is not readable by any script, and is never used for tracking or advertising.

Local storage (not a cookie)

Your shopping cart is kept in your browser's local storage, on your own device only. It stores the items and quantities you've added — nothing about you personally — and is never sent to our servers until you begin checkout. Clearing your browser's site data will empty your cart. Your cookie choice (Accept or Decline) is also remembered in local storage, so you aren't asked again on every page.

Payment (Stripe)

When you check out, you're redirected to Stripe's own secure, hosted payment page. Any cookies set at that point belong to Stripe and are covered by Stripe's own cookie policy, not this website's.

Analytics (Google Analytics 4) — only with your consent

If you press Accept, the site loads Google Analytics 4 and sets two analytics cookies on your device,_ga and _ga_<ID>, each lasting up to two years. They let us count visits and see, in aggregate, which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors come from, and which device and browser they use. We have switched off Google's advertising features and Google signals, and we remove sensitive parameters (such as a checkout session ID) from the page address before it is sent. If you press Decline — or don't choose — the Google Analytics script is never loaded and no analytics cookies are set.

Analytics data that is tied to cookies or identifiers is kept for up to 14 months from a visitor's most recent visit, and detailed event-level data for 2 months. Aggregated statistics, which don't identify anyone, are kept longer.

Google may process this data outside the European Economic Area.[Confirm] the international-transfer safeguards that apply.

Marketing

We do not use advertising or marketing cookies of any kind.

Cookie consent

The first time you visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. Accepting and declining are equally easy, and the rest of the site works the same either way. You can change your mind at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer of every page — declining after previously accepting removes the analytics cookies from your browser. Strictly necessary cookies and local storage don't need consent under frameworks like the GDPR/ePrivacy rules. Managing cookies & local storage

Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to change your analytics choice at any time. You can also clear cookies and local storage for this site through your browser's settings. Doing so will sign you out of the admin or vendor area (if you were signed in), empty your shopping cart, and reset your cookie choice.
